CONTEST RULES

In celebration of our upcoming production of You're A Good Man, Charlie Brown, we’re inviting young artists to take center stage—by crafting one-of-a-kind coat hanger sculptures that will be featured in the show!

Let your imagination run wild and build a whimsical, wacky, or wonderful sculpture using coat hangers and other household items. Whether it’s abstract, character-inspired, or just plain fun, we want to see your creativity shine!

DETAILS
Our local artists/judges will choose three winning sculptures to appear on stage during You're A Good Man, Charlie Brown!

Winners will receive:
1. Up to 4 free tickets for their family to attend the show
2. An exclusive letter from Sally Brown herself!

Bonus for All Participants:
Every sculpture entered could be proudly displayed in our Sally's Sculpture Garden in the theater lobby during the run of the show! Plus, all participants will receive a 20% off promo code for tickets to any performance.

RULES & FINE PRINT
Eligibility: Open to children ages 6-16. One entry per child, please.
Submission Deadline: All entries must be received by August 30th.
Submission Requirements: All sculpture submissions must include 1–3 photos (clear, well-lit images preferred) and be submitted via email to Directors@CharlieBrown.Show. Please include the name, email, and school of the kid artist, as well as the name and contact for a parent or guardian. Incomplete entries may not be considered.
Materials Notice: Sculptures must be constructed primarily from coat hangers, but may include a small amount of additional safe and non-toxic materials (e.g., paper, fabric, string). The sculpture must be between 2’ and 3’ in height with the ability to be hung or lifted from the top. 
Judging Criteria: Creativity, originality, and suitability for integration into the show will guide our panel’s decision.
Winner Notification: Winners will be contacted via preferred contact method by September 1. Each will receive up to four complimentary tickets to be used at any performance, a signed poster, and personalized letter from our own “Sally Brown.”
Sculpture Display: All entries are invited to be displayed in the Sculpture Garden located in the theater lobby. Sculptures must be physically dropped off to be in the show; details on that will be provided to participants.
Use & Return of Sculptures: By entering, participants grant permission for their sculptures and photos to be used for promotional purposes. Sculptures may be picked up after the final show or will be donated.
Promo Code: All participants will receive a 20% off promo code valid for up to 6 tickets (1 code per household).
